Sight Words Practice

I am excited to get reading and math centers started soon in my room. One activity I have been very excited to do is with sight words includes using a computer keyboard. I went on to google and searched for one that I could print out. I found this one on teachnet.com, Keyboard . I will have the words on notecards and this keyboard for them to practice on.

Well here it goes, my first blog as a first year teacher. Wow! I cannot believe how much there is to learn. College does not prepare you. Thanks to my wonderful mentors and friends, I am lucky to be surviving! I hope to update this at least once a week. Hopeful, share some new and interesting ideas, as well as some feelings and experiences on my trek through my first year!
